Residential construction Site Supervisor- Executive Custom Home Builds

Full time position

Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily on-site activities for ground-up custom home builds
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and deliveries
• Execute proper construction sequencing from foundation through finishes
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized jobsites
• Ensure work aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and the Ontario Building Code
• Prepare sites for inspections and coordinate with inspectors
• Identify potential issues early and collaborate with the Project Manager to resolve them
• Maintain accurate site documentation, including daily logs and progress updates
• Uphold company standards for craftsmanship, professionalism, and client experience

Qualifications

• 7+ years of residential construction experience, focused on custom executive homes
• Proven experience supervising full-cycle, ground-up projects
• Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, building systems, and structural assemblies
• Understanding of the Ontario Building Code and inspection processes
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and engineering drawings
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
