<h3>What You Will Do</h3>
<ul>
<li>Design, develop, and deploy solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)</li>
<li>Provide critical support for all Audit Operations Apps, ensuring reliability, scalability, and security</li>
<li>Assist in the development of key Audit Operations tools and resources such as automated reports, letters and templates, content management redesigns to streamline user navigation, and other Audit transformation initiatives</li>
<li>Build and integrate custom connectors, APIs, and automation workflows for audit and business processes</li>
<li>Develop code using Databricks and Python for advanced data processing and analytics</li>
<li>Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, interpret, and translate requirements into intelligent automation solutions</li>
<li>Support the full lifecycle of solution delivery from ideation and prototyping to deployment and maintenance</li>
<li>Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards</li>
<li>Draft technical documentation and perform user training for deployed solutions</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with internal governance, security, and SoQM review protocols</li>
<li>Design feedback solutions for newly implemented tools to facilitate a timely and meaningful feedback process</li>
<li>Experience developing and optimizing workflows using Alteryx for data transformation and analytics would be an asset</li>
</ul>
<h3>What You Bring To The Role</h3>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent education</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage business users and technical teams alike</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Experience working in cross‑functional teams and agile development environments</li>
<li>Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to take initiative and ownership of outcomes</li>
<li>Exceptional attention to detail and ability to self‑review</li>
<li>Demonstrated ability to mentor junior developers, conduct thorough code and solution reviews, and uphold industry best practices in the industry</li>
<li>Experience in implementing Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) strategies to support robust development processes and ensure the successful deployment and maintenance of solutions</li>
</ul>
<h3>Technical Skills</h3>
<ul>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Canvas, Model‑Driven, Portals)</li>
<li>Experience integrating Power Apps with custom APIs</li>
<li>Proficiency working with databases using Structured Query Language (SQL)</li>
<li>Development and solutioning experience in SharePoint Online with a focus on integration with Power Platform</li>
<li>Strong understanding of Dataverse, APIs, connectors, and integration strategies</li>
<li>Programming proficiency with Databricks and Python</li>
<li>Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS)</li>
<li>Proficiency in Alteryx and/or certifications such as PL‑200, PL‑400, or relevant Microsoft credentials are both considered assets</li>
</ul>
<h3>Pay Range Information</h3>
<p>The expected base salary range for this position is $74,000 to $111,000 and may be eligible for bonus awards. The determination of an applicant’s base salary within this range is based on the individual’s location, skills & competencies, and unique qualifications. In addition, KPMG offers a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards program.</p>
