If you share our passion for delivering an unparalleled customer experience, and continual self-development, while representing aluxury brand, we would like to hear from you.</p><p><br /></p><p><strong>What you will do:</strong></p><p><br /></p><ul><li>As a brand ambassador you will be the primary contact for our service customers providing exceptional customer service with every interaction</li><li>Ensure all customer visits are hassle free by preparing for their arrival in advance, ensuring all documentation has been prepared completely and correctly</li><li>Greet customer, conduct active vehicle side service consultation, document any customer concerns, facilitate necessary service and promote the sale of labour, parts and accessories</li><li>Discuss all maintenance and repair details and recommendations. Ensuring open communication between the service department and the customer.</li><li>Anticipate clients needs and provide helpful recommendations</li><li>Drive rapport through relationship management</li><li>Generate, process, and maintain documents in accordance with Mercedes-Benz Canada and Mercedes-Benz Burlington policies</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>At times, business needs arise and you may be asked to complete other duties as required.</p><p><br /></p><p><strong>What you will bring to the role:</strong></p><p><br /></p><ul><li>A proven track record of superb teamwork</li><li>A commitment to excellence and a history of providing customer service that goes above and beyond what people expect</li><li>You have good communication, problem solving, task planning, and organizational skills</li><li>Experienced and comfortable with working busy shifts</li><li>Available to work a variety of shifts (mornings, evenings and weekends)</li></ul><p><br /></p><p>We thank all interested candidates but only those selected for an interview will be contacted. </p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p></p></p>
