Spécialiste en santé et sécurité
Contrat 18 mois – Boucherville, QC


Nous cherchons un(e) Spécialiste en santé et sécurité pour soutenir nos opérations au Québec. La personne sera un partenaire clé pour la direction et les équipes sur le terrain et aidera à maintenir un environnement de travail sécuritaire.


Responsabilités principales

  • Promouvoir une culture de sĂ©curitĂ© et de respect au travail.

  • Conseiller les gestionnaires et les employĂ©s sur les pratiques sĂ©curitaires.

  • Suivre les indicateurs de performance et produire des rapports mensuels.

  • Mener ou appuyer les enquĂŞtes d’incidents et recommander des actions correctives.

  • Participer aux audits de conformitĂ© et aux analyses de risques.

  • Former les employĂ©s et les superviseurs en SST.

  • Effectuer des inspections rĂ©gulières, documenter les dossiers et assurer les suivis.

  • Collaborer aux programmes de retour au travail.

  • Visiter diffĂ©rents sites dans la rĂ©gion.

Qualifications

  • DiplĂ´me de 2 ans en santĂ© et sĂ©curitĂ© au travail.

  • Minimum 1 an d’expĂ©rience en SST.

  • Connaissance des lois provinciales et du Code canadien du travail.

  • Excellentes compĂ©tences en communication.

  • Permis de conduire et disponibilitĂ© pour voyager.

  • Bilinguisme français/anglais.

Health and Safety Specialist
18-month contract – Boucherville, QC


We are looking for a Health and Safety Specialist to support our Quebec operations. This person will work closely with management and front-line teams to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Promote a strong safety culture.

  • Advise managers and employees on safe work practices.

  • Track safety metrics and prepare monthly reports.

  • Lead or support incident investigations and follow-up actions.

  • Assist with audits, inspections, and risk assessments.

  • Provide safety training to employees and supervisors.

  • Maintain safety records and ensure compliance.

  • Support return-to-work programs.

  • Travel to various sites in the region.

Qualifications

  • Two-year diploma in Occupational Health & Safety.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an H&S role.

  • Knowledge of provincial regulations and the Canada Labour Code.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.

  • Bilingual (French and English).
