Job Description

About the Role:<ul><li>Vitacore is searching for an enthusiastic, dedicated, and hardworking Warehouse Associate to participate in our warehouse operations and activities.</li><li>The Warehouse Associate will have previous warehouse experience, previous shipping and receiving experience, and some areas of the role to increase efficiency, profitability, and overall customer satisfaction.</li></ul>
<br>Responsibilities include:<ul><li>Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship).</li><li>Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store).</li><li>Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits (manual lifting of boxes and containers).</li><li>Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.</li><li>Complete diary logs into inventory.</li><li>Report any discrepancies.</li><li>Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers.</li><li>Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment.</li><li>Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations. </li></ul>
<br>Skills and Qualifications:<ul><li>Proven working experience as a Warehouse Associate.</li><li>Current forklift license (reach/Class 2 forklift experience is highly desirable). </li><li>Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office programs and apps.</li><li>Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods.</li><li>Good organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Ability to lift heavy objects (50 lbs or heavier).</li><li>An Associate Degree or higher is desired.</li></ul>About Vitacore Industries:<br><p>Vitacore Industries Inc. manufactures personal protective equipment for Canadian frontline workers, available on demand.
