This role is <b><strong>very physical</strong></b> — the main responsibility is <b><strong>lifting, moving, and stacking boxes (up to 50 lbs)</strong></b> for most of the shift.</p><p><br /></p><p><b><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></b></p><ul><li><b><strong>Lift, carry, and move boxes weighing up to 50 lbs</strong></b> throughout the day.</li><li>Load, unload, and organize products in the warehouse.</li><li>Assist with packing, labeling, and preparing shipments.</li><li>Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized.</li><li>Follow instructions carefully and complete tasks on time.</li><li>Support the team to meet daily production goals.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><b><strong>Requirements</strong></b></p><ul><li><b><strong>Physically fit</strong></b> and comfortable with frequent lifting and moving of heavy boxes (up to 50 lbs).</li><li>Previous warehouse or general labour experience is an asset.</li><li>Dependable, punctual, and ready for consistent work.</li><li>Able to stand and walk for long periods.</li><li>Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><b><strong>About the Role</strong></b></p><p>This is a <b><strong>hands-on, physically demanding warehouse position</strong></b> — ideal for someone who enjoys active work and can handle repetitive lifting. </p></p></p>
