Warehouse Manager 
Location: Calgary, Alberta<br> Job Type: Full-Time<br> Reports To: Operations Manager<br> Team Size: 10 Employees<br> 
About the Role:<br>We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations in our industrial parts warehouse. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about optimizing warehouse efficiency, safety, and team performance.<br><br>
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Lead and manage a team of 10 warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and morale.</li><li>Oversee inventory control, shipping/receiving, and order fulfillment.</li><li>Implement and maintain warehouse procedures and safety protocols.</li><li>Collaborate with the Operations Manager to meet operational goals.</li><li>Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.</li></ul>
<br>Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum 5 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in industrial parts or related sectors.</li><li>Strong leadership and team-building skills.</li><li>Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software.</li><li>Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Forklift certification and WHMIS training are assets.</li></ul>
