This role will work with sales, marketing, support, IT, and external consultants to ensure the CRM is effectively supporting customer engagement activities and driving internal user adoption.</p><p>The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer engagement workflows, CRM and related technology as well as experience with change management. They will also collaborate with our training team to develop a structured training curriculum and act as first-line support for end users.</p><p>CRM RESPONSIBILITIES</p><p>Work with stakeholders to develop a CRM strategy that aligns with our overall business goals and customer needs</p><p>Configure and optimize the CRM to support the business process flow and reporting needs of stakeholders</p><p>Understand and manage CRM data and maintain its quality to enable accurate segmentation of customer data for targeted marketing and sales campaigns</p><p>Support and promote integration of CRM with core business and office systems and with other marketing and sales platforms for seamless data flow</p><p>Work with the training team to design and deliver a CRM training curriculum to promote adoption and consistency among end users.</p><p>Provide first-line support to sales, marketing and support teams, troubleshooting issues and ensuring smooth CRM operation.</p><p>Act as a liaison between functional teams, IT, external CRM consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure the CRM is continuously improved</p><p>Stay up to date with CRM best practices, updates, and industry trends to leverage capabilities that enhance sales and marketing automation</p><p>TEAMWORK AND COLLABORATION</p><p>Maintain a team atmosphere and ensure employee concerns are resolved promptly.</p><p>CUSTOMER SERVICE/COMMUNICATION</p><p>Communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing.</p><p>Establish and maintain positive collaborative relationships with vendors and service providers.</p><p>QUALITY</p><p>Ensure employees understand and adhere to ISO policies and procedures.</p><p>PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT</p><p>Participate in conferences, seminars, and other educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintain and participate in professional networks to enhance your knowledge and skills.</p><p>Participates on committees and special projects as requested</p><p>What you bring to the table</p><p>Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or a related field.</p><p>Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with a CRM (preferably with Microsoft Dynamics certifications)</p><p>Experience with the Power Platform (certifications would be a plus).</p><p>Experience with process improvement and change management methodologies.</p><p>Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of working with multi-functional teams, including sales, marketing and technical support.</p><p>Experience in Dynamics 365 customer engagement apps (Sales, Customer Insights, Customer Service), including system configuration and customization.</p><p>Knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform and Dataverse.</p><p>Strong understanding of sales and marketing operations and CRM best practices.</p><p>We believe in taking care of our people</p><p>Major medical + dental coverage for yourself and your dependents (flex plan options available)</p><p>Employee Assistance Program</p><p>Global travel coverage</p><p>Pension plan with contribution matching</p><p>Training, development, and career growth opportunities</p><p>Tuition re-imbursement program</p><p>Promote from within culture</p><p>A diverse and inclusive workplace</p><p>Caring and nurturing environment</p><p>Don't have all of these qualifications?
