<br> <br><h3>Requirements</h3><p><b>What you'll do</b><br></p><p><b>Lead growth (new logos + account expansion)</b><br></p><ul><li>Own business development across a portfolio: <b>expand existing relationships</b>, develop net-new opportunities, and create a consistent pipeline.<br></li> <li>Build and deepen relationships with <b>senior client stakeholders (Director/VP/C-level)</b> and become a trusted advisor.<br></li> <li>Lead discovery and solution shaping: understand client constraints, define outcomes, and translate needs into <b>clear proposals/SOWs</b> and delivery plans.<br></li> <li>Represent PM61 in the market—networking, partnering, and positioning our capabilities in a way that wins.<br></li> </ul><p><b>Lead delivery outcomes (client trust + repeatability)</b><br></p><ul><li>Translate strategic goals into execution: break priorities into deliverables, assign ownership, align resources, and drive results.<br></li> <li>Establish strong client operating rhythms: <b>governance, reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communication</b>.<br></li> <li>Ensure engagements deliver measurable business value—on time, on budget, and with clarity.<br></li> </ul><p><b>Build and lead teams (matrix + specialists)</b><br></p><ul><li>Assemble and lead industry-seasoned teams in a matrix environment (PMs, BAs, architects, developers, QA).<br></li> <li>Coach team leads and set standards for execution, communication, and quality.<br></li> <li>Drive accountability across delivery while maintaining a collaborative, high-performance culture.<br></li> </ul><p><b>Bring innovation and market relevance</b><br></p><ul><li>Stay ahead of industry trends and identify practical innovations that improve client outcomes.<br></li> <li>Contribute to PM61's go-to-market evolution: reusable offers, vertical insights, case studies, and delivery playbooks.<br></li> </ul>
<hr><br> <p><b>PM61 services you'll help sell and deliver</b><br></p><p>You'll be representing and shaping engagements across PM61's core capabilities, including:<br></p><ul><li><b>Microsoft Dynamics CRM Implementation</b> (customized implementations aligned to business processes)<br></li> <li><b>Salesforce Enterprise Solutions</b> (enterprise-grade implementations delivered quickly, cost-effectively, and with minimal risk)<br></li> <li><b>Systems Integration</b> (assessing architecture and integrating applications to simplify and optimize IT environments)<br></li> <li><b>IT Strategy & Enterprise Architecture</b><br></li> <li><b>Project Management (IT technologies)</b> (tailored delivery leadership to reduce risk and cost)<br></li> <li><b>Business Architecture</b> (mapping/modeling the business to strategy to improve accountability and decision-making)<br></li> <li><b>Custom Development</b> (applications built to support thousands of users; software designed around client objectives)<br></li> </ul>
<hr><br> <p><b>What we're looking for (current market aligned)</b><br></p><p><b>Must-haves</b><br></p><ul><li><b>5+ years of B2B lead generation / business development experience</b>, ideally in consulting, enterprise software, IT services, or systems integration.<br></li> <li><b>Strong track record of consultative sales</b>: discovery → solution design → proposal → close.<br></li> <li>Strong executive communication skills (written + verbal); confident running stakeholder meetings and presenting.<br></li> <li>Ability to operate independently with high ownership, while collaborating tightly with delivery and leadership.<br></li> <li>Comfortable in fast-changing environments with competing priorities.<br></li> <li>Legally authorized to work in Canada; fluent in English.<br></li> <li>Able to work in <b>Pacific Time (PST)</b>.<br></li> </ul><p><b>Nice-to-haves</b><br></p><ul><li>Experience with <b>CRM platforms</b> (Dynamics 365, Salesforce; other CRM exposure is a plus).<br></li> <li>Delivery leadership experience (program/project leadership, governance, portfolio management).<br></li> <li><b>PMP</b> (or equivalent) is an asset.<br></li> <li>Experience leading teams in a <b>matrix / contractor-heavy</b> model.<br></li> </ul>
